Anubias barteri var "nana" is a small, attractive plant which thrives in all conditions. It is one of the most widely used Anubias species used in the aquarium today and tolerates a wide range of water conditions.
Often termed indestructible, it grows slowly, and the leaves survive for many years. It is frequently used in the foreground or tied anywhere to create a natural looking aquarium.
The best result is achieved by tying it on a stone or wood with fishing line. As with all Anubias species, the rhizome must not be buried. Its tough leaves are avoided by herbivorous fishes.
